Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time remote role. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization, manage budgets, create financial plans, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast expenses and revenue. This role also includes identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial modeling, strategic planning, and cost management
- Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and actionable reporting
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment
