About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager for one of our prestigious based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial oversight and compliance
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process in alignment with company goals.
Financial Planning, Reporting and Asset Management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other financial legislation.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies.
Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and efficiency.
Environment, Social and Governance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, including VAT.
Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
