What You'll Do:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across a multi-unit operating environment
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends and translate that into clear recommendations for leadership
- Prepare and present monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable insights
- Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives including new locations, pricing, and operational improvements
- Support financial systems adoption and help drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Background in a multi-unit or service-based environment strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in financial reporting platforms
- Strong communicator who can present data-driven insights clearly to non-finance audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
