Role Description
The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations within one of our dealerships, located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. This full-time, on-site role involves structuring and securing vehicle financing, selling financial products and services, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Finance Manager will liaise with sales teams, lenders, and customers to provide accurate and efficient solutions while generating revenue for the dealership. Additionally, this role requires maintaining clear records and providing exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management, loan structuring, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience in compliance with financial regulations, documentation accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality with customer information
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to work collaboratively with sales staff, customers, and lenders
- Familiarity with dealership operations, automotive financing, and product sales
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and recommend optimal solutions for customers and the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in a dealership or automotive finance role is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
