We’re looking for a Finance Manager who goes beyond numbers — someone who understands what those numbers actually mean for the business. This role is about bringing structure, visibility, and control to financial operations while supporting smarter decision-making at every level.
You’ll work closely with leadership, ensuring financial discipline while enabling growth with the right insights and planning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics
- Prepare accurate financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
- Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and cost optimization
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and banking partners
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel (ERP experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with ownership
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
