Our Client is seeking an experienced Manager, Finance Operations to lead financial office activities and support the efficiency of multiple operating units. This role oversees key administrative workflows, financial processes, and team performance to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations including documentation flow, correspondence management, supply approvals, and administrative procedures.
  • Develop and maintain structured record‑keeping systems to ensure secure retention, retrieval, and disposal of company records.
  • Establish and refine office policies, operational standards, and process improvements; regularly measure performance against expectations.
  • Assign, schedule, and review work for team members to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Analyze data and special projects, prepare summaries for leadership, and highlight emerging trends or concerns.
  • Coach, guide, and evaluate office staff; provide support and influence performance for indirect reports as needed.
  • Prepare weekly financial forecasts and projections.
  • Support monthly closing activities across two operating units.
  • Contribute to broader team initiatives and take on added responsibilities when required.
  • Manage billing, accounts payable, payroll, and ERP coordination functions.
  • Assist finance leadership in maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly inventory cycles and ensure timely execution of related ERP (SAP) activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience supervising accounting or payroll teams is preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and cost‑control practices
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
