Our financial services client is seeking an experienced IT Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial operations within their Corporate IT organization. This role combines financial management, process optimization, and automation, with a strong emphasis on leveraging modern tools, including AI, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own IT financial operations end-to-end, including:
- Invoice processing and payment oversight
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Financial planning cycles (annual + quarterly)
- Develop and deliver executive-level financial reporting and insights for IT leadership
- Drive process improvement and automation across IT finance workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Leverage Agentic AI and automation tools to streamline operations
- Manage and enhance financial data tracking and governance across IT systems
- Partner with IT and Finance stakeholders to align spend with strategic priorities
- Maintain and optimize financial systems and tools used by IT Finance
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Financial Operations
- 3+ years of experience with IT Finance Operations
- Proven experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation tools
- Advanced skills in:
- Excel
- Power BI
- Accounting or Finance Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apptio or similar IT Financial Management / TBM tools
- PeopleSoft
- PBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
