Cornerstone Executive Search Türkiye is representing a global company operating in Life Sciences, looking to hire a Finance Manager who will report directly to the General Manager.
This is a leadership role with full ownership of finance governance and other support functions in Türkiye, acting as a trusted partner to the GM and the leadership team.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end finance for Türkiye: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash, tax, compliance
- Drive financial planning and business performance tracking, translate numbers into decisions
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to support growth and profitability
- Lead and develop the local finance team, manage external stakeholders when needed
Skills
- Proven finance leadership experience in multinational environments
- Strong command of IFRS and local statutory requirements, with solid governance mindset
- Experience leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Confident communicator who can challenge and support the GM, not just “report numbers”
- Team leadership experience, hands-on where needed, structured and reliable
- Life Sciences, pharma, medical devices, healthcare, FMCG, or regulated industries exposure is a strong advantage
