The Finance Manager provides the analytical rigor and operational oversight necessary to sustain our long-term success and contribute to our aggressive growth initiatives. You will serve as a key advisor to leadership, managing the annual budget process, refining internal workflows, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with our strategic targets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial control and commercial strategy, driving profitability through deep-dive analysis of market trends and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of product pricing and value chains to ensure competitive positioning while maximizing gross and net profit margins.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Business Development to evaluate new partnerships, build business cases for new investments, and provide financial guidance during contract negotiations.
  • Identify performance levers and conduct scenario/sensitivity analysis to assess the viability of new market entries and commercial initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of annual operating budgets, long-term financial roadmaps, and rolling forecasts to guide organizational spending.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and conduct deep-dive variance analyses to pinpoint operational risks before they impact the bottom line.
  • Deliver quarterly reporting packages that translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Standardize financial workflows and leverage automation tools (Power BI/Tableau) to improve data integrity and accelerate the reporting cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) is highly preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of increasing responsibility in corporate finance, with a proven track record in commercial finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and experience navigating ERP software
  • Ability to break down technical financial concepts for C-Level Executives and non-finance stakeholders and influence business outcomes through rigorous analysis.
