Job description:
- Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies including Bureau of Internal Revenue and Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support internal audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs including telegraphic transfers and foreign currency transactions.
- Review the work of finance staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree graduate of Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant is highly preferred.
- With solid experience in Financial and General Accounting
- Excels in Financial reporting
- Knowledge on BIR and SEC reportorial requirements.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills
- Keen to details is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work fulltime and ONSITE in Manila
