Office 5 days a week in Green Park
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a leading International real Estate Investment House, with a significant commercial real estate portfolio across the UK and Europe
.Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in the financial management and reporting of multiple investment structures and property assets. The position offers broad exposure across fund reporting, investor reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and strategic business partnering within a dynamic investment environment
.
Key responsibilities will includ
- e:Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly management account
- s.Fund, corporate and investor reporting across multiple entities and jurisdiction
- s.Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow managemen
- t.Financial analysis to support investment, refinancing and asset management decision
- s.Oversight of external accountants, administrators and other service provider
- s.Review of financial controls, compliance and regulatory reporting requirement
- s.Support for audits, acquisitions, disposals and other strategic transaction
- s.Partnering with investment, asset management and senior leadership team
s.
The successful candidate will be ACA qualified with approximately 2 years' post-qualified experience, ideally gained within real estate, private equity, funds, alternative investments or a related financial services environme
nt.
