This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead our incredible Finance team and work side-by-side with our Sales team to help drive real commercial results. If you love building strong teams, improving processes, and using financial insights to influence business decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a passionate Finance team (Management Accountant, Cost Accountant, AP, AR).
Owning the month-end, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Keeping us financially sharp with strong internal controls and cashflow management.
Partnering with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver powerful insights on margins, customers, and growth opportunities.
Bringing fresh ideas to improve processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Working closely with the CFO on strategic projects and initiatives.
Who You Are
A qualified accountant (CPA or CA) with a commercial mindset.
Experienced in leading Finance teams (ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or food).
A true business partner — confident working with Sales and non-finance people.
A wizard with Excel and comfortable navigating ERP systems (SAP, Netsuite, or similar).
Known for your attention to detail and your big-picture thinking.
A proactive, hands-on leader who loves to roll up your sleeves and make things better.
Someone who values integrity, collaboration, and getting results.
