Role Overview

This is a critical leadership position. You will not only manage the "books" but also act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board. You will ensure that NextMatch AI scales efficiently while remaining fully compliant with the evolving regulatory landscape of the Kingdom.

What You’ll Do

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and maintain the financial roadmap for our KSA and regional expansion.
  • Compliance & Tax: Oversee all VAT filings and ensure total compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations and electronic invoicing requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly variance analysis to global leadership.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage international fund transfers, payroll, and vendor payments across multiple currencies.
  • Reporting: Prepare high-level financial dashboards for investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and local financial institutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Finance Management, ideally within a Tech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification is highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws, Zakat, and Saudi IFRS standards.
  • Tools: Proficiency in cloud-based ERP and accounting software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Xero, or Zoho Books).
  • Communication: Exceptional English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Mindset: A "builder" mentality, you enjoy creating systems and processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Gain

  • Premium Compensation: A highly competitive salary package reflecting the seniority of the role.
  • Strategic Influence: A seat at the leadership table during a pivotal growth phase in the Kingdom.
  • Global Exposure: Work within a truly international structure with teams across four continents.
  • Vision 2030 Alignment: Be at the forefront of the Kingdom’s digital transformation in the HR Tech sector.
