Role
KBW Financial has partnerd with a PE backed global SaaS and Service Company in the Boston area to identify a Finance Manager to support their business, product development and operations.This position is an individual contributor role with a lot of exposure to the executive team and senior leadership. Additional details include:
COMP: $125k – 150k Base + Bonus + competitive Benefits
Hybrid – remote 3 to 4 days a week
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to drive actionable insights on reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually for results vs budgets
- Track, monitor and report on KPIs
- Maintain accurate alignment of headcount and cost centers
- Own the budgeting process and liaise with key stakeholders cross-functionally
- Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting process
- Serve as the Financial Business Partner to all key stakeholders across organization
- Drive continuous improvements to streamline monthly/quarterly/annual processes
- Support in the data and content creation of monthly and quarterly presentations, both internally and externally to the Board of Directors
- Support in ad hoc requests as needed
Your Experience:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 4+ years of FP&A and business partnering experience (ideally in the software / technology industries)
- Experience supporting R&D, Professional Services or Technology development
- Advanced modeling and data analytics skills
