ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations across the Finan group. You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to maintain financial clarity, support business decisions with reliable data, and build scalable reporting processes as the comp any grows.
This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and direct exposure to leadership. You will be the primary finance operator, expected to run independently, build from scratch where needed, and deliver with speed and accuracy.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Operations s Reporting
- Own monthly consolidated PCL, cashflow tracking, and burn monitoring across 3 entities
- Prepare monthly investor update pack: financial highlights, KPI dashboard, and variance commentary
- Maintain and improve quarterly budgeting and reforecast cycles
- Build and maintain management reporting templates that give leadership actionable visibility
Analysis s Business Support
- Support the CFO on financial models for pricing decisions, product unit economics, and operational planning
- Identify cost drivers and flag financial risks early — with clear recommendations, not just numbers
- Work with ops and product teams to ensure financial data is clean, consistent, and accessible
Systems s Process Improvement
- Use BI and automation tools (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent) to reduce manual reporting workload
- Gradually adopt AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6 years in FPCA, management accounting, or finance business partnering — startup or tech company experience preferred
- Comfortable owning financial operations end-to-end with limited support
- Strong Excel/Sheets; proficiency in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar)
- Experience with multi-entity or cross-border consolidation is a strong plus
- Clear written communication — able to translate numbers into business narrative for non- finance readers
- Digital-first mindset: curious about automation and not afraid to build new processes from scratch
- High ownership, startup execution speed, comfortable operating in ambiguity
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Vietnam accounting standards (VAS) or cross-border entity management
- Experience working with Xero, MISA, or similar accounting platforms
- Basic SQL or data querying skills
- Prior exposure to SaaS metrics: MRR, churn, CAC, LTV
