An established Irish business with a large operational footprint is seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its finance team in Dublin. Operating in a high-volume commercial environment, the business offers strong exposure across financial controls, operational finance, business partnering, and process improvement.
About your new job
This is a broad operational finance role with responsibility for financial controls, reporting, audit oversight, and process improvement across a multi-site business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and improving controls across cash, stock, and invoicing processes
- Producing weekly and monthly KPI reporting with clear financial analysis and recommendations
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to improve compliance and financial performance
- Managing and supporting a small team
- Assessing operational and financial risks across multiple sites
- Supporting investigations and resolving control or process issues
- Managing relationships with external service providers
- Contributing to finance projects, process improvements, and operational reviews
Is this you?
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) or finance professional with strong reporting systems knowledge
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data
- Experience improving processes, controls, or reporting frameworks
