Zero2One Finance is a startup ecommerce accounting firm. We augment the typical bookkeeping offering with additional data warehousing and data analytics services giving sellers access to their ROAS and profitability up to the hour syncing from Shopify, Amazon etc. We facilitate cash forecasting by the day and streamline the purchasing cycle. Going above and beyond what sellers are used to receiving from their accounting service providers.
The Role
This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a startup, you’ll be a member of the founding team. You'll own the finance function end to end for our clients and help shape the company itself, the product, the processes, the team, the direction.
This is not a back-office role. We expect you to think analytically, find what's broken, and fix it before anyone asks.

What You'll Own
Accounting & Financial Operations
- The full accounting cycle, including month-end close
- Financial statements and reporting
- Accuracy and compliance across every record
Close & Process
- Tighten the close cycle and keep it tight as we grow
- Find inefficiencies and kill them
- Build scalable, documented processes from scratch
Management
- Hire, manage, and grow the bookkeeping team and AP support as we scale
- Own client relationships
- Develop and perfect onboarding flows
Non-negotiables
- CPA Designation
- Ecommerce / DTC accounting experience
- Experience building processes from scratch
