About the Opportunity
Our client is Looking a results-driven Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, reporting, and advanced analytics activities. This role is critical in delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing consolidation, forecasting, and reporting processes while supporting leadership with actionable financial insights. This position also focuses on enhancing analytical tools and driving continuous improvement across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial consolidation, forecasting, and annual planning activities
- Develop and present dashboards and performance insights to senior leadership and business partners
- Manage and enhance data automation tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct in-depth financial and data analysis to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain financial models supporting planning, reporting, and business analysis
- Align reporting processes across multiple financial frameworks and systems
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure strong financial controls to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial and operational insights
- Mentor and guide junior finance professionals to strengthen team capabilities
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and financial transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, particularly in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and consolidation processes
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
- Experience with SAP and BW/CO-PA
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to Alteryx and data automation tools
- Working knowledge of SQL
