The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to ensure financial sustainability by actively managing cash flow, collections, and customer risk processes, and to ensure that financial operations are executed accurately, timely, and in a controlled manner.
Our mix, that awaits you:
- Prepare cash flow statements and determine short- and mid-term cash needs; create and follow up on payment and collection plans accordingly
- Work closely with sales teams and customers to monitor customer credit risks, open account balances, credit limits, and risk positions
- Manage collateral, credit, and receivables risk processes; prepare necessary controls and regular reports
- Perform customer account reconciliations
- Ensure payment plans are prepared and executed in line with cash flow priorities and payment schedules
- Monitor company bank limits and risk composition regularly
- Closely track daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while taking active responsibility in operational details
Ingredients, that you bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in Finance roles preferably within the FMCG sector
- Experience in cash management, collections, and customer risk management processes
- Good command of English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with SAP FI module
