Our client is a fast-growing property investment platform with projects across infrastructure. With a strong development pipeline and significant growth ahead, they are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / Management Accountant to join their close-knit team.
This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, variety and working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly management reporting across multiple entities and projects
- Cash flow forecasting and accounts payable management
- Review of external accounting, BAS and financial reporting
- Oversee invoice processing and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Review and approve payment runs and ABA files
- Coordinate capital calls, funding drawdowns and investor reporting
- Monitor project costs and development spend against budgets
- Liaise with banks, lenders, accountants and external advisors
- Support audit coordination and year-end reporting requirements
- Assist with setup of new entities, bank accounts and project structures
- Improve finance processes, controls and systems as the platform grows
About you:
- CA / CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Business services background
- Experience in management accounting or finance within property, infrastructure, funds management or a related sector
- Comfortable working across multiple entities / SPVs
- Hands-on, commercially minded and adaptable
