Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Dubai. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading financial reporting processes, analyzing market trends, providing strategic insights to support decision-making, and ensuring proper allocation of resources. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to optimize the company’s financial performance and support the organization's growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills, including financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proficiency in risk management and compliance processes within the financial sector
  • Expertise in analyzing market trends and providing actionable strategic insights
  • Experience in asset valuation and familiarity with real estate, industrial, and specialized properties is an advantage
  • Advanced accounting and analytical skills with knowledge of financial tools and software
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
  • Previous work experience in financial management, preferably within consultancy, real estate, or asset management industries
