Responsibilities
Responsible for the company’s financial accounting, expense approval and other work, conducted financial analysis of the company’s operating situation, and proposed improvement plans.
According to the business plan, organize the formulation of financial statements and financial budget and final accounts, provide timely and effective financial analysis for the company’s decision-making, and effectively supervise and inspect the implementation of financial systems and budgets.
Responsible for coordinating the business of industry and commerce, finance, taxation, banks, securities, accounting firms and other units, and establish and maintain good cooperative relations with the above units.
Responsible for tax compliance work and tax declaration organization, including tax deduction, declaration, tax payment, tax registration certificate handling and annual audit, etc., improve the tax process, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of tax administration, plan to reduce tax burden and avoid tax risks.
Qualifications
at least 10 years of overall experience in financial management;
Comprehensive understanding and practical experience of Saudi financial accounting standards and tax rules;
can issue or review local financial statements;
Able to review local tax statements;
Preferably Chinese or able to communicate smoothly in Chinese
