Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading IT services company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years’ experience for the position of Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, inventory, and fixed asset management, in coordination with external advisors.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, covering month-end close activities, account reconciliations, management reporting, KPI tracking, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations, while maintaining compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
- Track and evaluate financial results such as sales, expenses, and profitability, and recommend corrective actions for any variances identified.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning to support organizational objectives and financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial procedures, internal controls, and audit preparedness.
- Generate financial insights and analytical support to aid management decisions and business growth initiatives.
- Drive or contribute to finance transformation initiatives and operational process enhancements.
- Supervise administrative operations to maintain efficient day-to-day business activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting positions with similar responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling full-cycle accounting and completing month-end closing within strict timelines.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, statutory regulations, reporting standards, and international accounting principles.
- Proven capability in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and managing working capital effectively.
- Practical experience in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong familiarity with financial systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to accuracy and detail.
- Effective English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
