Stable10 are working with a high-growth, technology-driven financial services business that’s rapidly scaling its US operations and looking to hire a Finance Manager to sit at the centre of that growth.
Since launching in the US in 2022, the business has grown from ~$50M to $1B+ revenue, while maintaining a lean, high-performing finance team.
This is not a “steady-state” accounting role.
It’s a high-impact position reporting directly to the CFO, where you’ll help shape how finance operates as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Overseeing reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial data
- Supporting regulatory reporting within a trading environment
- Strengthening controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Partnering with risk, compliance, operations, and technology
- Improving systems, workflows, and reporting efficiency (NetSuite)
What they’re looking for
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments (Broker Dealer / FCM a strong plus)
- Strong grounding in financial reporting and accounting operations
- Experience operating in high-growth or complex environments
- Exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Someone who enjoys building, improving, and scaling processes
- Comfortable working onsite, embedded with the team
