Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit a Transactional Finance Manager on a permanent basis, offering hybrid working and up to £70,000.

Key Details:
- Job Title: Transactional Finance Manager
- Salary: £65k – £70k (DOE) + performance-related bonus
- Location: Stamford
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented cash and banking team.
- Act as the go-to expert for complex queries and escalations.
- Keep operations running like clockwork, hitting all key deadlines.
- Oversee reconciliations, cash allocations, and banking activity.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement smarter, more efficient processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and operations.
Requirements:
- Experience leading or supervising a transactional finance or cash/banking team.
- Strong people management skills with a passion for developing others.
- The ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
