About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead key financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic growth.
Key qualifications :
Prepare financial statements under GAAP or IFRS.
Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, and other regulations.
Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
Oversee tax filings (federal, state, international) and optimize tax strategies.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Build financial models to support business decisions and ROI analysis.
Strengthen internal controls to meet SOX compliance and reduce financial risks.
Support M&A, fundraising, and IPO activities through financial due diligence.
Evaluate new business opportunities and investment feasibility.
Lead the accounting team (AP, AR, GL) and collaborate with executives, banks, and investors.
