At Chefs Partner, we are expanding and looking for a capable Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee full spectrum of finance: reporting, budgeting & cash flow
* Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely financial closing
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities
* Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes
* Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
* Lead and develop the finance team
* Drive cost control and operational improvements across outlets
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
* ACCA / CPA / CIMA (or equivalent) preferred
* 5–8 years of relevant experience with managerial exposure
* Strong in financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management
* Experience in F&B / multi-outlet environment will be a strong advantage
* Proactive, hands-on, and strong leadership mindset
