A fast-growing SaaS company is hiring an FP&A Manager to build out its planning and analysis function. High-visibility role reporting to the CFO, with regular exposure to the leadership team and board.
The Role
You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across the business. The company is scaling quickly, so you'll be building processes, not just running them.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning model
- Build and maintain SaaS metrics reporting: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, magic number
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders on headcount planning and spend
- Prepare monthly board and investor reporting packages, including variance analysis
- Build revenue models around bookings, pipeline, and renewals
- Improve planning tools and processes (Adaptive, Pigment)
- Support fundraising, diligence, and ad hoc analysis for leadership
What We're Looking For
- CPA or CFA required
- Foundation in investment banking, equity research, Big 4 (Transaction Services preferred), or strategy consulting is strongly preferred
- 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, with exposure to SaaS or recurring revenue businesses
- Strong three-statement modeling and SaaS metrics fluency
- Advanced Excel. Planning tool and BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred
- Strong communicator who can present to non-finance leaders
