  • Preparation of industry levy and compensation scheme reporting, ensuring deadlines and standards are met;
  • Investigating accounting queries, resolving breaks, and partnering with internal stakeholders to improve data quality;
  • Contributing to finance transformation projects, process automation, and control enhancement initiatives;
  • Reviewing and updating internal procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational changes;
  • Providing support and informal guidance across the wider finance function when required.

Candidate profile:

  • Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent);
  • Previous experience within the finance function of a banking institution or regulated financial services business;
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting, financial control, or statutory reporting environments;
  • Strong technical accounting and reconciliation skillset with sound attention to detail;
  • Confident Excel user with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data;
  • Hands-on and adaptable approach, comfortable operating within a lean team structure;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across functions.

The role offers:

  • Hybrid working model with three days per week in the London office;
  • Broad exposure across both regulatory and financial control disciplines;
  • High visibility role with direct access to senior leadership;
  • Opportunity to join a stable international platform in a position with genuine ownership and variety.
