Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established group of companies for a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly financial statements
- Manage audits and ensure timely, accurate regulatory filings (e.g. VAT)
- Deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Collaborate with operations to align financial processes
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in maritime, logistics, or multi-entity environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS; advanced Excel skills required
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
