Are you a commercially astute Finance Manager with a background in the insurance industry? This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and drive financial performance across a growing, dynamic business.
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a high-performing finance function, oversee reporting and compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial processes, driving efficiencies, and influencing decision-making at an executive level.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cash flow, financial controls, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Oversee audit processes and preparation of financial statements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting tools
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the insurance industry (essential)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Advanced systems capability (e.g. ERP systems, Power BI, Excel)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders
