We are hiring a Finance Manager to build and lead the entire finance function at Infrascan Innovations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, set up financial processes from scratch, and support a fast-growing industrial tech venture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Build and manage invoicing processes for industrial clients
* Track cash flow and manage working capital in a delayed payment environment
* Develop budgeting and forecasting models
* Create project-level and crew-level P&L tracking
* Support investor reporting and financial analysis
* Establish finance processes, controls, and reporting structure from zero
* Coordinate with operations, management, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Saudi National
* 4–6 years of finance experience
* Hands-on experience preparing financial statements (not only reviewing)
* Experience in O&G services, EPC, or industrial companies
* Strong understanding of cash flow management and budgeting
* Ability to work independently in a zero-setup environment
Preferred:
* CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
* Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
* Exposure to project-based accounting or field operations
