Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) .
This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, compliance, and
risk assessment
. The Finance Manager will work closely with
senior leadership
and
cross-functional teams
to drive financial efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
· Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and decision-making.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with business goals.
· Analyze financial trends, KPIs, and cash flow to optimize resources and support strategy.
3. ERP System Management &
Process Optimization
:
· Optimize ERP systems for automated reporting and seamless data integration.
· Train teams to enhance ERP utilization and
process efficiency
.
4. Cost & Revenue Management:
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
· Ensure timely tracking of budgets and forecast.
5. Stakeholder
Collaboration
&
Leadership
:
· Provide financial insights to business units and external partners.
· Mentor and develop the finance team for
continuous improvement
