Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Finance Management Trainee in Islamabad
Riphah International University seeks a Management Trainee Officer in Finance to join its dynamic finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP (HCM) preferable
- Basic understanding of payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reporting).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinate the final settlement of employees (full and final payments).
- Preparation and verifying the bank accounts of new employees and changes of existing employees.
- Assist in processing payments for visiting/contractual faculty or staff.
- Assist in handling payroll queries from employees.
- Any other task as and when assigned.
