Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Leader role based in Tampa, FL. The Finance Leader will oversee dealership finance operations, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices across assigned locations. Responsibilities include monitoring profitability, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. The role will also involve collaborating with sales and operations teams, maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and presenting financial performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with dealership or retail finance operations.
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and related reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and identify performance drivers.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location enterprises preferred.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
