About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Lead to take end-to-end ownership of finance, accounting, compliance, and financial planning. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will manage P&L, cash flow, MIS, and financial strategy, while building strong financial systems and controls as we scale. You will also work closely with founders on fundraising, investor communication, and financial decision-making.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end financial management, accounting, and controls
- Ownership of P&L, budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning
- Cash flow management, burn tracking, and cost optimisation
- Taxation, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
- Building scalable financial processes, systems, and controls from scratch
- Supporting business decisions through financial insights and analysis
- Managing audits, vendors, and financial reporting
- Supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence
- Partnering with founders on financial strategy and investor communication

Whom We Are Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation
- Strong experience in P&L management, MIS, and financial planning
- Good understanding of compliance, taxation, and audits
- Strong understanding of business finance and commercial decision-making
- CA / CS / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Mandatory experience in a startup environment, ideally part of a 0→10 and/or 10→100 growth journey
- Experience in building finance processes, systems, and controls from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High ownership and attention to detail
