The Role:
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and analysis for management review.
- Help maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
The Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or recently completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Part-qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA (an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
