JOB PURPOSE:
Here is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. If you are passionate about turning data into insights, driving financial performance, and enabling smarter commercial decisions; then this role is just for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Development Finance Operations
- Support the daily financial operations related to customer discounts, promotional spending, and channel-based finance processes.
- Prepare required documentation and track system entries for Trade Terms, accruals, and promotional payment workflows.
- Provide timely responses to financial information requests coming from Customer Development teams.
Reporting & Analysis
- Update customer and channel performance reports and support data collection for dashboards.
- Support customer profitability analyses, including Net Revenue, Gross Margin %, and promo ROI.
Financial Controls & Compliance
- Gather documentation for internal or external audit requests as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams to support smooth information flow.
- Execute operational tasks related to system updates (cost centers, customer codes, internal orders, etc.).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experiences & Qualifications
- Future obsessed 3rd or 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree.
- Hungry to learn and curious.
- A dot connector: You have the unique ability to think differently and pull the big picture and small details all together clearly
- Digital Savvy, forward thinker, future obsessed
- Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week on average.
