Work scope:
- Finance & Accounting (90%):
- Financial modelling for a new business model (optional).
- Manage and initiate transactions and payments for PCF.
- Collect and keep all receipts, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain fiat and crypto bookkeeping, log every crypto/fiat inflow and outflow.
- Keep records giving a true and fair view of assets, liabilities, income, expenditure.
- Maintain AML records, register of directors & officers, and beneficial ownership register at the registered office.
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts, which includes basic financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement) and communication to Board of Directors.
- Track the budget / KPIs and benchmark against agreed parameters and actual financial results.
- HR(10%):
- Maintain payroll.
- Manage EOR company relationships hiring selected employees.
