🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, billing, and payments accurately
  • Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist with audits and financial documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting regulations is a plus
  • Based in Singapore with full working rights
