🎯 Your Responsibilities
- Process invoices, billing, and payments accurately
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
- Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and reporting
- Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with audits and financial documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting regulations is a plus
- Based in Singapore with full working rights
