Finance Executive (Full Set of Accounts)
A company based in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to manage full sets of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- To manage debtor collections and ensure AR and AP reconciliation monthly
- To manage and prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters and report to the manager with dateline
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of a full set of accounting
- Proficient in accounting software (SQL/MYOB or other related accounting softwares) and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
