About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the real estate or construction sector and will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strong working knowledge and application of UAE VAT, IFRS standards, AML regulations, and compliance requirements.
Manage and account for real estate inventory across multiple projects, including preparation of RERA reports.
Calculate sales team incentives and perform regular reconciliations across various business functions.
Manage cash flows, treasury functions, and banking operations, primarily within the Dubai market.
Prepare MIS reports, maintain ledgers, and ensure proper supporting documentation.
Handle accounts payable processes, invoice management, and related party reconciliations.
Operate Tally software and assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting roles within the UAE real estate or reputable contracting/construction sector.
Strong hands-on experience with Tally and MIS reporting.
In-depth knowledge of RERA reporting requirements and UAE-specific financial regulations.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet deadlines under pressure.
