The Role:
Finance Director
The Company: Real Estate Investment firm
The location: London City Centre (5 days in office)
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting
- Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns
- Deliver investor communications and fund updates
- Manage equity drawdowns and distributions
- Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation
- Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT
- Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc
Prior Experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and CFA qualification would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment or Investment Banking
- Advanced in Excel, Power
