40,000 – 45,000 SAR per month + accommodation allowance + bonus. (This comp is Non-Negotiable)

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading international business as their new Finance Director, based in Riyadh.

To be considered you must already be based in Riyadh, and you must be able to speak, write and read fluently in both English and Arabic.

The company is part of a prominent group with a global presence, operating across various industries. This specific role is within the logistics and fine art sector.

Based in Riyadh, the Finance Director will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability of the company. Working closely with the Managing Director as a trusted business partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of the organisation.

We are seeking a candidate to lead the finance function, establish robust processes and procedures, and implement improvements to drive efficiency.

The Role

Collaborate with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders to align financial goals with the overall business objectives

Act as a strategic partner in decision-making processes, providing financial insights and recommendations

Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth

Provide financial leadership to the executive team and contribute to the overall business strategy

Produce, analyse and review financial data and trends to make informed business decisions

Oversee the management and forecasting of cashflows to ensure liquidity and financial stability

Implement proactive measures to optimise cash management and minimise financial risk

Develop and implement robust financial procedures and processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Continuously assess and enhance financial controls and best practices

Manage, lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement

Provide guidance and support for professional development

Your Profile

Professional accounting qualification – ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent

Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Controller, Head of Finance, Finance Director or similar position

Strong understanding of financial management, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.

Happy supporting on new client deals and pricing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
