Title: Finance Director

The Finance Director will lead the finance function with a focus on corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and financial governance. The role will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure financial discipline, and mentor the internal finance team for long-term capability building.
The Finance Director will also play a critical role in managing liquidity, optimizing working capital, and supporting the company’s growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Finance and Capital Management
· Lead capital structuring, fundraising, and financing strategies
· Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial partners
· Oversee cash flow planning and liquidity management
· Develop strategies to optimize working capital and reduce financing costs
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
· Develop project-level financial models, including cash flow and profitability analysis
· Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning
· Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
3. Financial Governance and Controls
· Establish and enforce financial controls and approval processes
· Ensure proper evaluation of contracts, pricing, and variation orders
· Implement financial discipline across projects and operations
· Oversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
4. Business Partnering
· Work closely with Enterprise Operations, Supply Chain, and Project teams to align financial and operational decisions
· Provide financial guidance on project execution and procurement decisions
· Ensure financial implications are understood across functions
5. Team Leadership and Development
· Lead and mentor the finance team, including developing internal successors and strengthening overall team capability in corporate finance and FP&A
· Build capability in corporate finance and FP&A within the team
· Establish a high-performance, disciplined finance culture
Qualifications
· Strong experience in corporate finance, FP&A, and financial management
· Experience in project-based or EPC businesses preferred
· Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
· Experience managing financing and capital structures
· Leadership experience with team development
· High level of integrity and financial discipline
