Role Summary
We are seeking a Controller / Director of Finance to lead and establish all core accounting and finance operations. This role will own critical financial functions, implement scalable best practices, and ensure the company’s financial infrastructure grows with our business.
The ideal candidate will bring strong SaaS experience, hands-on leadership skills, and a proactive approach to building financial systems for a scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance.
Implement, refine, and scale accounting processes and internal controls to support rapid growth and complexity.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight-driven reporting.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, financial models, and key SaaS performance metrics.
Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial management with business strategy and goals.
Own cash management processes, including cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
Lead financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage and optimize financial systems and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition, and subscription metrics.
Proven experience implementing scalable financial processes, controls, and systems.
Strong technical accounting expertise with a working knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards.
Hands-on leader comfortable operating strategically and tactically.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and executive collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
