Supporting one of our clients, a multinational service provider in the oil and gas sector, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the financial operations of our services business. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through strong financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Develop and manage financial planning processes, including revenue forecasting aligned with recruitment pipelines
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and cost control across the organization
- Provide financial insights on client contracts, pricing strategies, and margins
- Drive performance management through KPIs and financial metrics
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (Finance Director, Head of Finance, or similar)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- International experience with exposure to financial management activities are desirable
