Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate financial processes including billing, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and general ledger integrations
- Understand end-to-end financial data flows across systems and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop a strong understanding of healthcare finance concepts and how they translate into data structures and reporting requirements
- Design and document source-to-target mappings across operational systems, finance platforms, and data warehouses
- Support the development and validation of data pipelines and transformations in collaboration with ETL and engineering teams
- Create and maintain logical and physical data models aligned to financial processes
- Support the implementation of Workday General Ledger by aligning financial data requirements with system capabilities
- Help define data structures, integrations, and reporting needs associated with GL processes
- Contribute to building internal capability as financial systems transition from vendor-supported to in-house
