About the role

As Business Consultant in Core Capabilities – Print & Postage, you help run and improve a business-critical service that enables compliant customer communication via print and physical mail. Working with Finance, shared services, suppliers and stakeholders across the bank, you will improve cost transparency, drive operational performance and simplify end-to-end processes through standardisation and automation.

You will:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Print & Postage programme (process, supplier, cost and reporting improvements) aligned to business and regulatory requirements supporting digital transformation.
  • Co-own budget, forecast and financial governance with Finance; run follow-ups, accruals and variance explanations.
  • Own cost and performance insights for the area (Cost drivers, volume development, supplier spend) and turn them into actions.
  • Build investment cases and track benefits from cost optimisation, automation and simplification initiatives.
  • Map and improve end-to-end processes (request-to-print, distribution and postage settlement) with clear controls and ownership.
  • Set and follow up on SLAs/KPIs with shared services and suppliers

About you:

  • Experience in business operations and/or finance/controlling, ideally with vendor and service performance management.
  • Solid financial skills (budget/forecast, cost drivers and benefits tracking) and confidence communicating insights.
  • Process mindset: able to map workflows, define SLAs/KPIs and improve quality and efficiency.
  • Structured problem-solver who can handle incidents/complaints end-to-end and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Strong stakeholder management; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint (BI/reporting tools are a plus).
  • Team player willing to engage and drive our cultural values of “Teaming up”, “Owning it” and “Being open”

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
