Join our manufacturing finance team to support inventory, financial reporting, and data accuracy. This entry-level role helps the business make informed decisions by analyzing financial and inventory data across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate inventory and financial discrepancies; summarize findings from multiple systems.
- Prepare and submit Internal Order (IO) requests.
- Complete and maintain DocuSign forms and related documentation.
- Update process documentation to reflect system changes.
- Respond to business partner queries professionally and promptly.
- Support ad hoc analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and financial metrics against business goals.
Required Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial/manufacturing systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, MES).
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, large datasets).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and inventory management is a plus.
